A non-smoker, Roger fought a valiant 28 month battle with lung cancer. Following a successful career as a Chartered Accountant, Roger and Denise answered God’s call to the mission field. For the past 18 years, he dedicated his life to teach God’s Word, feed and send to school hundreds of Mexican children. His heart stayed in Mexico even after his return to Ottawa for health reasons. His legacy continues through the Mexican nationals that he trained and mentored.

Dear family, friends and supporters,

I am pleased to send you the attached message. It was written by my beloved Roger.

I wrote a note at the beginning of his message to give you insight into the way this message was written. The english version seemed to have been a draft to help him translate to spanish. 

My prayer is that as you read this message it will bless you and whatever Roger did not write down, God Himself through His Holy Spirit will drop the missing parts in your hearts.
